Only what you type in. When you request a quote or start a chat we collect your name, phone number, ZIP code and the details you give us about your home. We also collect ordinary technical information your browser sends, such as pages visited and general location, to keep the site working.

We do not ask for and do not want financial account numbers, government identification numbers, or health information. Please do not send them.

To quote your job, schedule it, do the work, and follow up about it. We use your information to respond to your request, confirm appointments, answer questions, and — if you have agreed to it — send you offers.

If you give us your mobile number and check the consent box, you agree that TigerStrike LLC may send you text messages, including messages sent using automated means. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support of the services you requested — such as the scheduling and messaging platform we use to contact you — is permitted. All other use, sale, or transfer of mobile opt-in data and consent is excluded.

The service providers who help us run the business — our scheduling and customer messaging platform, our payment processor, and installation crews assigned to your job. They may use your information only to perform that work for us.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

As long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, tax and warranty obligations. Quote requests that never become jobs are kept so we can recognise you if you come back.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — call us and we will handle it. You can stop texts by replying STOP, and stop emails using the unsubscribe link. Removing yourself from marketing does not stop messages about a job already booked.

This site is for adults arranging work on a home. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes to how we use your information will be posted here before they take effect.
